Meet us at your meeting point
We don't meet guests at the pier — we meet them at our meeting points, a 5 to 7 minute walk from the Punta Langosta, Puerta Maya or SSA pier. Our staff checks you in and arranges your transportation, timed around your ship's departure.

Will I be back at the pier on time for my cruise ship?
Yes. Every excursion is timed around your ship's schedule with a buffer built in, so you're back at the pier relaxed and on time. Send us your ship name when you book and we plan the day around it.
Where do we meet?
Our meeting points are conveniently located near the Punta Langosta, Puerta Maya and SSA piers, with an approximate 5 to 7 minute walk. At check-in our staff assists guests with transportation. Guests arriving from Playa del Carmen or Cozumel hotels use our meeting point at the iconic Las Golondrinas monument in downtown Cozumel.
Is transportation included?
Tours do not include transportation by default, but we have the option to add round-trip transportation to any excursion — just tell us when booking or at check-in and we'll arrange it. The Palancar Beach Break covers the beach entrance and amenities only; taxis from the piers take about 20–25 minutes.
How much do excursions cost?
Prices start from $25 USD per person. Each excursion shows its price in USD on its page. Booking windows show live prices for your date.
How big are the groups?
Groups are kept small and every excursion is guided by a local who was born on the island. Some experiences, like the El Cielo Private Charter, are fully private for your party only.
