Palancar without the crowds. We take you to a quiet, palm-shaded stretch of beach on the south-west shore where the reef starts a few steps from the sand. Your own lounger and umbrella are reserved, the kitchen is genuinely good, and nobody hurries you. Snorkel gear is there if you want it, hammocks if you don't.
